This summer I went to New York with my mom. We where there from June 30th to July 5th. We took two planes to New York. The first plane was to Minnesota and from there we went to New York. The total flight was about 6 hours long. When we got to New York we took a shuttle to our hotel, I saw some pretty amazing things, just from sitting in the car I saw some amazing buildings. Our hotel was in the middle of times square, our view was amazing.
Some of the things we did in New York were, we went to the Statue of Liberty, we took a lot of pictures and it was a beautiful view. We also went to watch The Lion King on Broadway, it was amazing, some of the things that they made up out of people, costumes, and make up was amazing. My favorite thing that we did was go to the 9/11 museum it was amazing to see parts of the building and just for them to have a memorial for all the people who lost there lives. Out of all the things we saw and did my favorite thing was the 9/11 museum, if you are ever going to New York I definitely recommend going.
